Calvin Cook, MD, MBA/HCM, RPSGT, CCSH

Dr. Calvin Cook is an Internal Medicine physician and Ocala native who brings together clinical medicine, military service, and sleep medicine expertise. A decorated veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman with the Fleet Marine Force, he holds an MBA in Health Care Management and specialized credentials in sleep medicine (RPSGT, CCSH). His clinical interests include internal medicine, sleep optimization, metabolic health, weight management, cardiovascular risk reduction, and lifestyle-focused preventive care.
Jonathan Grube, DO
Internal Medicine · Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Jonathan Grube is an Internal Medicine physician with a BS in Biochemistry from Oklahoma City University and a DO from Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at UCF/HCA Ocala Regional Medical Center, where he received the HCA Healthcare Hero Award. An active medical researcher with peer-reviewed publications, he holds ACLS and BLS certifications. His osteopathic approach focuses on treating the whole person through preventive care, education, and evidence-based medicine.
